P. Chandrasekhar (Chandru), Founder Director & Principal Consultant

 

Chandru has 35 years of experience in helping multinational firms establish a presence in India as well as neighboring countries, including Sri Lanka and Nepal . Chandru's expertise is in the areas of sales and marketing, consumer products and offshore services operations. He has worked with Indian operations of reputed MNCs like Unilever, Smithkline Beechams and BAT. His client list as an India Principal Consultant includes companies like, United Biscuits UK Ltd, Co-Ro Foods Denmark, US Corporations like Perot Systems Inc, Analysts Inc, Aquent Inc, Phase2 Inc, Agilisys Inc, Hamsard Ltd UK, ANTs Software Inc., Radiant Systems Inc.,& Indian Companies like Medybiz Ltd and Genesis Infoteck Ltd. He co-founded Renodis Inc USA.His experience is wide-ranging and includes sourcing and structuring partnerships with Indian vendors, mergers & acquisitions, identifying and structuring joint ventures and building and launching wholly-owned subsidiaries of foreign companies in India . Similarly he has also helped several Indian companies expand internationally with focus on US and Europe.

Surya has over 20 years of experience in the Healthcare industry. He has conceived, created and implemented an IT-enabled, new economy health services company with Rs. 100 million in venture funds. He has achieved the distinction of being among the first few in the country to be certified as a TPA in the healthcare insurance market. He has identified and implemented brand sale as an exit strategy for a post-product patent era in the pharmaceutical Industry (brand sale revenue Rs 500 million). He is a Chartered Accountant, and has an International Masters in Practicing Management from INSEAD, France and Masters in Management from McGill, Canada.

 

S. Srinivasan (Srini), Sr.Consultant - IT & BPO Services

 

Srinivasan (Srini) has more than 15 years of experience in the field of Information Systems. He has conducted delivery and capability due diligence studies on top IT companies in India. He has conducted IS Security audit, IS architectural consulting, Business process due diligence, Business process re-engineering and software design, Functional and control design for computerization for top IT, manufacturing, logistics and multinational companies. Srini is an FCA, graduate member of ICWAI, Certified Information Systems Auditor – CISA (ISACA – USA), Certified BS7799 Implementation Consultant.

 

K. Gopinath (Gopi), President - Business Development

 

Gopi has over 25 years of experience in managing diverse companies in trading and services sector in Indian and international environments. His expertise lies in marketing and business development with strength in streamlining operations, de-bottlenecking, resolving problems and reversing negative trends. Previously, he has held positions as Director with a large trading and indenting company specialising in steel ferro alloys, minor metals and automotive components; he was a Senior General Manager with Mahindra Ugine Steel Co. Ltd; he was the CEO and Managing Director with Qualitree Solutions Pvt Ltd a Indo-USA software testing JV. His experience includes setting up ground up operations for a large global metal trading corporation based out of Singapore. He is widely travelled across North America, Europe and Asian countries.

 

Raja Sharma (Raja), Sr.Consultant - USA Operations

 

Developed global marketing strategy, tactics, and execution including Domestic, Commercial and Government sectors, with great customer service both for our India & USA clients,with a potential of $100M in annual revenue. Lead marketing team and outsourced creative personnel to develop acquisition marketing, identify and evaluate marketing opportunities, and implement brand standards. Experience in helping Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing initiatives, strategies, and programs through consumer research, competitive/trends analysis, and creation of internal metrics and management reporting for the USA & UK Markets.
