He was the consultant for Cochin Refineries Ltd's Reactor-Regenerator modification in 1993 which was for the first time carried out in the country. He has also spent considerable time in setting up Digital Prepress process and is involved in creative productions, e-publishing, digitisation & document management systems. Most recently, Jagdeesh was the Head, Applications & Technology Group at BconnectB Worldwide Ltd, India, a leading B2B e-Commerce services company. Jagdeesh has managed Enterprise Applications Practice at a large Software company in India. His earlier consulting engagements include projects for large Public sector banks in India as well as several MNC's operating in India. Jagdeesh is a Chartered Accountant. Before acquiring his Fellow membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Jagdeesh earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Accounting and Economics major from Bombay University.

His expertise lies in marketing and business development with strength in streamlining operations, de-bottlenecking, resolving problems and reversing negative trends. Previously, he has held positions as Director with a large trading and indenting company specialising in steel ferro alloys, minor metals and automotive components; he was a Senior General Manager with Mahindra Ugine Steel Co. Ltd; he was the CEO and Managing Director with Qualitree Solutions Pvt Ltd a Indo-USA software testing JV. His experience includes setting up ground up operations for a large global metal trading corporation based out of Singapore. He is widely travelled across North America, Europe and Asian countries.
